🍽️ From Purées to Finger Foods: A Practical Workshop for Parents This workshop is designed for parents who want to confidently guide their baby’s transition from spoon-feeding to self-feeding — in a safe, fun, and stress-free way. Babies who are spoon-fed need the opportunity to explore food with their own hands. This not only builds independence but also helps them develop important motor skills, confidence, and a healthy relationship with food. 👩🏫 What you’ll learn In 1.5 hours (theory + practice), we’ll cover everything you need to know about: 🥕 When and how to move from purées to finger foods. 🍽️ How to prepare balanced plates: meals, portions, food groups. 😋 Tips to help prevent picky eating. 🔪 Safe food preparation: cuts, textures, cooking tips*. 🪑 Choosing the right high chair and utensils*. 🚫 Foods to avoid for health and safety reasons (handout included). ⛑️ First aid essentials: recognizing and managing choking (baby & child maneuvers)*. *Includes practical demonstrations. Cancellation Policy
- If you cannot attend the course on the scheduled date and time, please notify me as soon as possible, and no later than 48 hours before the start, so we can reschedule it for another date. - If you cancel less than 48 hours before the start and cannot find a replacement participant, the fee will unfortunately not be refunded. - In case of force majeure, I reserve the right to cancel the course. In such cases, the session will be rescheduled to another date. - Refunds: To receive a full refund of the fee, you must notify me at least 7 days in advance. Cancellations made within this timeframe will be refunded at 100%.
