Accidents and emergencies can happen at any time — at home, in the park, or during playtime. For parents and caregivers, knowing how to react in these situations is essential. Cancellation Policy
- If you cannot attend the course on the scheduled date and time, please notify me as soon as possible, and no later than 48 hours before the start, so we can reschedule it for another date. - If you cancel less than 48 hours before the start and cannot find a replacement participant, the fee will unfortunately not be refunded. - In case of force majeure, I reserve the right to cancel the course. In such cases, the session will be rescheduled to another date. - Refunds: To receive a full refund of the fee, you must notify me at least 7 days in advance. Cancellations made within this timeframe will be refunded at 100%.
