Accidents and emergencies can happen when you least expect them — at home, outdoors, or during everyday moments. In those critical seconds, knowing what to do can make all the difference. This workshop is designed for the whole family, giving you the confidence and practical skills to respond calmly and effectively in real-life situations. Cancellation Policy
- If you cannot attend the course on the scheduled date and time, please notify me as soon as possible, and no later than 48 hours before the start, so we can reschedule it for another date. - If you cancel less than 48 hours before the start and cannot find a replacement participant, the fee will unfortunately not be refunded. - In case of force majeure, I reserve the right to cancel the course. In such cases, the session will be rescheduled to another date. - Refunds: To receive a full refund of the fee, you must notify me at least 7 days in advance. Cancellations made within this timeframe will be refunded at 100%.
