Touch is a powerful way to support your baby’s physiological, psychological, and emotional development. This course offers a nurturing space for families to connect, learn, and enjoy quality time together. It can also help relieve discomfort, promote relaxation, deepen sleep, and improve digestion, including colic relief. Physical Development Baby massage enhances body awareness, tones muscles, strengthens the body, and improves joint flexibility. Social & Emotional Skills Through touch, babies begin to understand connection and communication. Massage promotes relaxation, enjoyment, and adaptability. Bonding Massage stimulates the release of oxytocin, supporting bonding and secure attachment between parents and babies. It encourages mutual emotional regulation and nurturing relationships. For Parents Baby massage is also beneficial for parents. It reduces stress, builds confidence in caregiving, and creates meaningful one-on-one time with your baby. It enhances your ability to understand and respond to your baby’s cues. What You Will Learn - Relaxation techniques for parents - Infant massage theory and practical routines (legs, arms, abdomen, chest, back, and face) - Techniques to relieve gas, colic, and constipation - Gentle yoga stretches for babies - How to adapt massage as your baby grows How the Sessions Work - Each session is guided by an instructor who demonstrates techniques using a doll - Parents or caregivers perform the massage on their own baby - Sessions are held in person in small groups We follow a baby-led approach: all your baby’s needs are respected during the session. You are encouraged to feed, comfort, or change your baby as needed. If your baby is sleeping or prefers not to be massaged, you can continue practicing with a doll. Duration: 4 sessions (approximately 60 minutes each) Who it’s for: Families with babies from 1 month old until they begin crawling Includes - Course handout - Snacks


Cancellation Policy

- If you cannot attend the course on the scheduled date and time, please notify me as soon as possible, and no later than 48 hours before the start, so we can reschedule it for another date. - If you cancel less than 48 hours before the start and cannot find a replacement participant, the fee will unfortunately not be refunded. - In case of force majeure, I reserve the right to cancel the course. In such cases, the session will be rescheduled to another date. - Refunds: To receive a full refund of the fee, you must notify me at least 7 days in advance. Cancellations made within this timeframe will be refunded at 100%.
